At Galley, we endeavor to be a sustainable company as many companies do. Combined with our commitment, our desire for spring during the waning of winter, leads us to wishful thoughts about fresh color.
For a variety of reasons ranging from a business connection to the earth to a corporate preference for earth tones, organic palettes will always be desirable. Blue and green, for example, are the favorite colors of many – sky/sea-life/nature. And color psychologists find both blue and green calming, restful colors.
If you are thinking blues and greens and organic palettes, here are a few sites to visit:
- Colorhunter – this site has great, downloadable palettes.
- Ikoner – now here’s a category–gothic organic; gorgeous organic, real-world textures.
- Pantone – always good to hear it from the definitive source on color; Pantone selects bright peridot green, PANTONE 376 for life and renewal and freshness.
- The Color’s of St. Patrick’s Day – And just in case you need an authentic St. Patty’s Day message or to validate your 3.17 outfit, check out this PMS reference for St. Patty’s color.
